Protections for cosmics (trigger + jets)

This MR fixes issues related to the jet config for large-R groomed jets. The issue appeared when for cosmics where no vertexing is available and specific moments were not removed from the list of modifiers to be scheduled for groomed jets. The code was now changed also to avoid duplication between ungroomed and groomed jets.

This issue was reported in several tickets by the trigger group: ATR-25437 ATR-25516 ATR-25466
