@rgugel, @jodamp, I did a first try to configure a threshold for the LAr saturation algo, fixed to one of the bits on Topo1b. I admit I am not totally confident especially about the need for the additional C++ for the threshold, but not for the algorithm.

Also fixed [ATR-25530] and added the CTPMON counters for BMA from [ATR-25388]
