Simulation ART jobs should only run on Intel nodes

Adding a line to all the simulation ART scripts so that they only target Intel nodes. (Currently they sometimes end up running on AMD nodes which produce different output to the Intel nodes for the same configuration.)

This MR only updates ART scripts so will have no effect on the CI output.
