DataQualityUtils; DataQualityInterfaces: Сompatibility with the V2.3 version of han files

  1. V2.3 is a new version of han output file (based on JSON+TDirectory). It needs 50% less space on disk. This patch updates instruments, that work with han output file, in order to make them compatible with V2.3. version.

  2. Processing of Version 1 files was optimised in HanOutputFile code. It works faster now.
