Draft: CEP trigger non-BW fix

Changes:

• Changing the units of the Xi calculation within ExclusiveJets to use GeV, inline with the menu.
• Trigger counts will change in CEP trigger from 0 to non-zero. (Will update the ref files before un-drafting)
