CA-based JetHitAssociation config
Updating BTagRun3Config.py to save pixel and SCT hits in AODs using ComponentAccumulator.
The JetHitAssociation algorithm is added in JetHitAssociationCfg.py

Running with the Pixel clusters turned off, I can see the JetAssociatedSCTClusters in the output AOD.
