HGTD_Digitization: remove mutable pulse shape and enable thread-checker

Enable the thread-checker. Explicitly pass the pulse waveform instead of storing it in a mutable member.

Also enable thread-checker for HGTD_GeoModelXml and HGTD_EventAthenaPool.
