Add file ID to context label to handle multiple input files

Peter Van Gemmeren requested to merge gemmeren/athena:AthenaIO_PersPerTypeFix into master

When running with separate persistence services per type, this should fix a problem when parallel input files are used (e.g. Overlay). This should be benign to existing production workflows.
