avoid direct access to TRT_RDOs in the trigger path

make access to data consistent between the offline and trigger version. It avoids access to the full TRT_RDOs rather than eventview in the MC jobs and avoids access to StrawStatus* conditions which reduces the timing substantially (factor of 20 in the most expensive client InDetTrigMTxAODParticleCreatorAlgtauIso_IDTrig).
