TCT tests output comparisons: exclude leaves, fix art command with fixed reference

Two sets of changes:

• some leaves related to the HLTNav_Summary_AODSlimmedAux container are always found to differ from one nightly to the next. This is being followed up in ATR-25521. Meanwhile we will now skip them in the comparison in order to facilitate the assessement of nightly test outcomes (129b75d6).
• comparisons against fixed reference, last updated in !53612 (merged), did not run due to a mistake in the art command, which is fixed here (bc7e03e7). This was tested locally to confirm it works, this time. Also such comparison is added for a calibration run too.
