Minor fixes for HLTbphys T0 DQ web display config

The MR fixes a couple of issues in T0 DQ WebDisplay configuration for B-physics triggers:

  • adds a description for all histogram with a link to the documentation TWiki;
  • fixes a range for histograms with number of Bphys decay candidates.
