More fixes for missing muons collections with CA config

This is a new configuration update to fix some missing collections when running with --CA. It adds back

• MSDisplacedVertex
• StauSegments
• MuonTruthSegments etc

I also found a strange bug in MuonDetailedTrackTruthMaker - with CA, a default "" collection name is added, so then we get an off-by-one error with emplace_back
