Fixing LArFEBMonAlg

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArFEBMon_3 into 22.0

It was found, that summary event size histogram in LArFEBMonAlg had wrong normalisation, which created problems in DQMD fits. Some cleaning of unused code also done.
