Add reference trigger present in MinBias stream in MinBias DQ

This is a small monitroing improvement for MinBias. We realised that the refernce trigger, HLT_noalg_L1RD0_FILLED is streamed to main physics stream and thus is potentially biased in MinBias stream. There is replacement though, HLT_noalg_mb_L1RD0_FILLED.
