Update han config for HLTglobal

Elin Bergeaas Kuutmann requested to merge ebergeas/athena:update-han-configs-trigger into 22.0

Following MR !53257 (merged) the HLTglobal han config must be updated to include the new histograms (RoI_N, eta, phi), as discussed in ATR-25596.
