More optimisations of AtlCoolConsole

Walter Lampl requested to merge wlampl/athena:CoolConsoleDetails1 into master
  • refine command-parsing-regex of AtlCoolConsole to insist on at least on whitespace between command and parameter
  • Fix an issue with the return type of blob.read() in master (not sure how this appeared).
