Schedule FS jet tracking for CalRatio trigger (ATR-25467, ATR-25665)

Fixes stall from CalRatio depending passively on other jet chains for FS tracking.

Running one of the CalRatio triggers alone confirms the bug as the scheduler already complains of an unresolved data dependency. After the fix, the job runs to completion.

FYI @emmat, quickly added this fix so that we can run the MC menu successfully with these triggers in.
