Radius for cluster sequence definition (ANALYSISTO-1220)

Federica Fabbri requested to merge ffabbri/athena:21.2-FFchangeTracks into 21.2

The clustering of jet constituents/tracks using R=1.0 created the possibility of having multipe jets from the initial collection of constituents, resulting in the incorrect substructure information. The solution I propose is to move the jet R from 1 to 10. More details in ANALYSISTO-1220
