Misc fixes for 13.6 TeV menu: ATR-25549, ATR-24367, ATR-25636, ATR-24283, ATR-25425

  • Add egamma triggers for eFEX validation as requested by @safarzad @cjmeyer
  • Change default trigger menu to MC rather than Dev
  • Consolidate MET rate groups and add a few more support MET triggers to Physics for PUFit tuning
  • Added a couple of egamma monGroups for ES triggers (ATR-24367, ATR-24283)
  • Update ID monGroups (ATR-25425)
  • Absorbed !53819 (closed) to fix conflicts & requests
