B-physics trigger: move the rest of dimuon chains from Dev to Physics menu and add corresponding backup triggers (ATR-25512)

Move 'HLT_2mu4_bJpsimumu_L12MU3V', 'HLT_2mu4_bUpsimumu_L12MU3V' and 'HLT_2mu4_bDimu_L12MU3V' chains from Dev_pp_run3_v1 to Physics_pp_run3_v1 and add corresponding backup chains seeded from L12MU3VF.

Probably, we can try to collect some data during warm-up period with bDimu. It also seems that these chains should be kept in the Physics menu.

Hope this is the last change from BLS slice to the Menu before data taking.
