Added priVtx finding step into the config of TrigVSI fullscan chains Trigger/TriggerCommon/TriggerMenuMT/python/HLT/UnconventionalTracking/VrtSecInclusiveConfiguration.py.

This MR is aimed at solving the issue ATR-25746/ATR-25747.
