Clean-up of ISF Fatras configuration

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FatrasConfigCleanup_22.0 into 22.0

The changes in this merge request improve the agreement between old and new style configuration of ISF Fatras, but are not sufficient to make the outputs of Fatras simulation jobs agree between old and CA-based configuration.
