TCT: Updates for data tests

Peter Berta requested to merge pberta/athena:22.0-pberta-TCT-update-23.6.2022 into 22.0
  • Adding express and bulk processing test using newer data22_900 run (using conditions tag 02 for bulk; not creating ZMUMU output in this test to avoid error ATLASRECTS-7122)
  • Renaming IDTIDE outputs to avoid diff-rrot comparison for these outputs
  • Deleting older tests (using M11 inputs)
  • Deleting "export TNS_ADMIN" (this was needed for pilot-beam runs ATR-24782)
