ISF_ActsTools: secondaries for ISF

Make ISF_ActsTools for ISF simulator ATLFASTIIF_ACTS using the Acts package

  • Using ActsFatras simulator with customized struct SingleParticleSimulation to simulate ISF particles
  • Using the material map from EOS /eos/project-a/acts/public/MaterialMaps/ATLAS/material-maps.json
  • Using ActsFatras StandardChargedElectroMagneticInteractions
  • Secondaries are converted back to ISF particles and sent back to ISF for processing TODO
  • Convert hits to Trk::Hits (and store them in a container?)
  • (Generate +) Use the official material map
