Unify fulls-scan config used by idcalib/UTT triggers (ATR-25796)
- There are still a few remaining cases in UTT configurations that are using caloFSRoI instead of trkFSRoI
- This is effectively no problem as physics UTT chains are supposed to run always with presence of Jet/ETmiss chains that setup caloFSRoI
- This also means that (although it is quite an unrealistic situation) in case UTT chains run in standalone, without any Jet/ETmiss chains then it will stall by missing caloFSRoI (the same sympton as in this JIRA ATR-25796 happened for idcalib chains)
- With this MR, UTT configurations using caloFSRoI are fixed to use trkFSRoI. With private tests by running UTT chains alone, it was confirmed that there will be no stall even in case UTT triggers run standalone.
- (Only an exception is hit-based dv trigger which requires another object of topo cluster in addition. This will be handled by another Jira/MR) -> this is also addressed in this MR, another dependence (to topo cluster for hit-based dv trigger) is also now fixed in this MR.
