Updating derivation ARTs in master

Following some recent changes, we need to modify the preExec and postExec (as discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-1639). This MR updates the tests accordingly. It also activates some tests in master/Athena given the master/AthDerivation project is not running yet (and we need to monitor some derivation formats).
