Fix a crash of TrigBphysMonitoring when an event does not have good primary vertices

Semen Turchikhin requested to merge tursom/athena:fix_ATR-25856 into 22.0

The MR fixes crashes reported in ATR-25856. This is needed at T0, therefore requested to 22.0. The crash affects reprocessings of the first 13.6 TeV runs, so marking it as urgent.
