Updated InDetMonitoringPixel config with bunch filter tool

Validation of the new CA configuration for InDet highlighted some differences between the new CA configuration PixelMonitoringConfig.py and its old-style counterpart InDetMonitoringPixel.py, still in use with the RecExCommon workflow. In particular, the bunch filter tool was not implemented there. The calibFolder for the currently disabled MVAMonAlg is also updated.

This MR makes thus the old and new configurations consistent.

alsoTargeting:22.0 to benefit to the CA validation effort carried there.
