AFP Monitoring - fix plane misorder

This MR fixes ordering of SiT planes for HitsPerPlanes/planeHits_*. The current ordering was introduced with reordering the planes in planeHitsAll and planeHitsAllMU introduced in !46145 (merged), specifically in 75b80f3c. However, the current ordering does not match either the axis labels nor the ordering in the reference file.
