Fix to caloscore WP3 in the muonselectiontool

Marco Vanadia requested to merge mvanadia/athena:22.0-mvfixcalowp into 22.0

there was a typo in WP3 in the muonSelectionTool. We want this in release 22.0 as well as master for consistency, but this shouldn't cause any visible change because only WP4 is used by default.

In the longer term we should find a better way than doing this with hard-coded cuts...
