Some addition/modifications to ES:

re-introduced monGroup for 2 jet chains (previously removed together with the ES flag)
removed egamma chains not needed in ES anymore
flagged with ES missing minBias chains
flagged a missing ID chain

Note that trigP1_v1Dev_decodeBS_build test keeps failing (failed also in fresh checkout before modifications).
