Fix ability to filter-out object systematics on writing output

Fix ability to filter-out object systematics on writing output. Now the following should work again:

NOSYS.effSF_%SYS% -> el_effSF_Reco_%SYS%

The idea is to not write out object systematics but only the ones on decorations.

Let me know if there's a simple way to get a difference between sets.
