Following MR: !54752 (merged) An issue was raised regarding the ElectronAnalysisSequence.py. This MR reverts the changes to previous recommendations.

The MR includes minor changes to EgammaCalibrationAndSmearingTool.cxx: Adding default flags for R22_precision recommendations and some extra warnings for users.
