updating q445 exclusion list after !54830

Julien Maurer requested to merge jmaurer/athena:22.0-PROCTools-q445excl-200722 into 22.0

Since the persistent container for sTGC PrepData was upgraded in !54830 (merged), the q445 ESD exclusion list in the CI doesn't filter anymore differences in these variables (ATLASRECTS-7101). So updating the exclusion list accordingly to prevent spurious CI failures.
