Migration of jet derivations to r22 and further fixes

This MR migrates addresses the following issues:

  • migration of more of the JETMX formats to r22
  • add new event shape to the smart slimming list of R = 0.4 EMPFlow jets
  • adds LCTopo and UFO jets to PHYSVAL for future validation rounds (as discussed in yesterday's PHYSVAL meeting)
  • fixes an issue in the CA config for the jet cleaning variables
