Fixing test failures after MR 55220

It is not understood, why !55220 (merged) has created failures in some tests, but reverting the declaration of conditions containers introduced there is believed to cure the issue. I'm asking for full rebuild, because issue also manifested itself only in the fully build release. It should fix ATLASRECTS-7176 as well as ATLASSIM-5959, ATLASSIM-5957
