Updating el_zee_T0_TnP nightly to use new output folder

Harry Simpson requested to merge hsimpson/athena:el_zee_T0_TnP_ART_fix into 22.0

Same problem as seen in !55406 (merged) -> empty plots produced due to a recent change in the directory naming structure. This MR updates the job file to fix this issue.
