BPHY23: Extend to include all 4 muon+1/2/3/4 tracks final states

Further expanded BPHY23 to include combinations of two decays out of the following list:

  1. phi -> 2mu
  2. J/psi -> 2mu
  3. psi(2S) -> 2mu
  4. Upsilon(1S) -> 2mu
  5. Upsilon(2S) -> 2mu
  6. Zc(3900) -> J/psi pi -> 2mu pi
  7. B+ -> J/psi K+ -> 2mu K+
  8. D+/Ds+ -> phi pi+ -> 2mu pi+
  9. psi(2S)/X(3872) -> J/psi pi pi -> 2mu 2pi
  10. B0 -> J/psi K* -> 2mu K pi
  11. Bs0 -> J/psi phi -> 2mu 2K
  12. Upsilon(2S) -> Upsilon(1S) pi pi -> 2mu 2pi

So the final states include 4mu + 1/2/3/4 tracks.
