Update Egamma SF map with new AFII PLIV SF

Fabio Cardillo requested to merge fcardill/athena:21.2-AT-PLIV-AF into 21.2

The e/gamma isolation SFs have been updated and contain now also the AFII SFs for the PLIV WPs (see the latest recommendations and the associated egamma-MR). AnalysisTop can now safely run AFII samples with PLIV isolation 😄
