Allow AT to run on new MC derivation in Run 3 and also on non-DAOD_PHYS derivations

This MR contains two changes

  • Adding 410000 (was changed for Run 3) as a new runnumber to allow appling 2018 muon corrections (temporary solution)
  • Using proper jet collection for non-DAOD_PHYS samples
