[ATR-26049] trigComp needs a backing Aux store before its properties are set.

Calling a setter before we have the store looks to cause an MT issue, as identified in the weekly reprocessing.

MR only affects the operation at P1 of a new chain being put in place to identify out-of-time L1 triggers in the HLT
