TCT update of 13.6 TeV bulk processing test

changes in test_bulkProcessing_13600collisions_SB.sh

  • new input file (run 429782, 13.6 TeV, period E7, 1538 bunches)
  • new AMI tag (f1258, default at Tier0 as of August 8, BLKPA v6 conditions)
  • adding production of DRAW_EGZ and DESDM_MCP outputs since it is done by default at Tier0
