Jet Trigger monitoring changes

  • Reconstruction/Jet/JetRec/python/JetOnlineMon.py set the number of bins and the limits for a phi plot of the x axis rather than the y axis

  • Trigger/TrigMonitoring/TrigJetMonitoring/python/TrigJetMonitorAlgorithm.py Supply phi plots with limits at +- \pi rather in addition to those with limits at +- 3.3

Both phi plots with limits at +- 3.3 and +- \pi rads are present. We should discuss whether we wish to maintain both, maybe for a transition period (ref files etc) or whether to keep only the new plots.
