Loading the ExtraParticles G4Extension (used by quasi-stable particle simulation) before other G4Extensions which add new particles and processes causes conflicting particle definitions in Geant4.

Should fix ATLASSIM-5978

Ensure that all SUSY/Exotics physics G4Extensions are loaded before the ExtraParticles G4Extension
