Updating the labels for the offline tag and probe z->ee nightly

Harry Simpson requested to merge hsimpson/athena:offline_tnp_labels_update into 22.0

The chains run over in the test_trigID_el_zee_pu40_TnP job were previously updated (in comparitor.json) but the labels in the job file were not updated to match the changes, this MR fixes that.
