New electron isolation variables for PHYS

This MR adds new isolation variables to PHYS. These are needed to calculate pflow isolation working points for electrons which e/y intend to release soon.

The following variables are needed:

• ptvarcone30_Nonprompt_All_MaxWeightTTVA_pt500 (already in PHYS)
• ptcone20_Nonprompt_All_MaxWeightTTVA_pt500
• neflowisol20

This is also discussed in ATLEGAMDPD-194.
