SUSYTools: Enable Run3 trigger tools and RemapBrokenLinks patch

This MR enables the Trig::R3MatchingTool and uses Trig::DRScoringTool, as well as enables the RemapBrokenLinks patch wrt. p5226.

Depends on:

• !56117 (merged) "Remap broken element links in AnalysisBase"
• !56048 (merged) "SUSYTools update to CP pre-rec"

Also adds:

• update CI to p5226 and default b-tagging to DL1dv01
• Run 3 GRL/lumi/PRW examples
• update to (ART) tester alg (currently only used for offline testing)
• temporarily disable trigger SF in tester alg since unavailable with pre-rec

Note that our unit test has a log filter, and paths / INFO messages in the .ref do not affect the checks
