Add gn1 to b tagging selection tool

This MR makes the BTaggingSelectionTool capable of working with the new GN120220509 tagger. "GN" is added as a key word similar to "DL1", as both the DL1 and GN1 families use the same method to obtain tagger scores/decisions.
