[trigEGam] TrigEgammaMonitorPhotonAlgorithm - Allow loop over converted photons

With this MR the TrigEgammaMonitorPhotonAlgorithm will consider both converted and unconverted photons. This issue is being discussing in JIRA Ticket ATR-26229 .
