adding NSW stations.v2.11.xml with updated signs of the stereo angles
Studying the first NSW data it was found that the sign of the stereo layers is inverted for each layer so we will need a new geometry tag. MC samples produced so far will still be valid since they use a wrong but self-consistent geometry.
